Auaob Lodge,

Auob Lodge, a green Oasis in the Kalahari landscape, is situated on the banks of the dry Auob river. The small town Gochas is only 6 km away. The 40-bed lodge has two family units, a restaurant, a lapa, a TV room and a lounge with a fireplace for chilly winter evenings.

Welcome at Auob Lodge
The red dunes of the Kalahari are in strong contrast to the white calcareous rocks of the valley formed by the Auob river. In an area of 8000 ha around the lodge, various antilope, smaller mamals and bird species can be seen. The plants in this area have adapted to the harsh conditions of the Kalahari.
Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at the swimmingpool or discover the surrounding area on foot or horseback. A squash court, pooltable and a bar are at your disposal. Auob Lodge is easily accessible by road or plane. The private landingstrip is suitable for various size planes.
