You may have already more than one computer in your office and many a time you asked yourself - wouldn't it be nice if one could exchange data with the other computer. - Well, it is possible and at very little cost.
All you need is: for each computer a network card, a hub, a few plugs and a cable to connect the two or more computers.
The other good thing is, all the connected computers can use one and the same printer, which means you do not need to buy additional printers just because you bought additional computers (certain software programs do not permit printer sharing such as Pastel Accounting for instance).
And if you have only one modem, the network can be set up in such a way that all connected computers can make use of that single modem to connect to the Internet.
