Who and What is Reservations Africa
As a subsidiary of one of Namibia's leading safari companies our staff has the
experience and expertise to handle all accommodation requests in a top
professional manner.
The system is also integrated into one of Namibia’s largest websites operated
by a tour operator which enjoys more than 1,000 hits a month. Though
integrated, the website of Reservations Africa is a stand-alone system and is
registered with more than 1.200 search and link engines around the world
attracting more than 4,000 visitors per month.
We are Southern Africa's first and only online reservation service which
provides hotels, lodges, guest & hunting farms with pre-paid reservations. In
other words... you receive payment before the guests arrive. Reservations
Africa processes all reservations from initial contact by the guest to
pre-payment to the accommodation establishment.
How does the System help me, as a Member ?
Presently when reservations are made directly by guests the problem is always
with non pre-payment, no-shows and resultant loss of revenue. Or in case of
last minute cancellation no fees can be collected. - All these are things of
the past, being a member of Reservations Africa.
We will make all reservations, monitor changes and possible cancellation and,
collect the funds which we forward to you, the Member. You have no
administrative work with any of the reservations we process until the guest
arrives at your property.
How does the System work ?
A potential guest will visit Reservations Africa either by direct access or
through your or another member’s web-page. Once in the system, he/she will be
able to browse from region to region and property to property. When he/she has
decided which properties to book, he/she proceeds to the actual reservation
form for completion. Once submitted we will receive it instantly for
processing.
After having made the reservation with you, the Member, we will confirm to the
guest with a confirmation voucher and payment request. Once payment has been
received, we send the actual voucher to the guest with copy and attached
payment to you. - It is that easy !

farms, Car Rental Companies & Tour Operatores on the Internet by facilitating
online reservations.
