The Applicant will enter into an agreement with Reservations Africa (RESAFRICA). This agreement encompasses the following paragraphs and applies to accommodation establishments only (for car rental companies and tour operators different rates and conditions apply):

• RESAFRICA will design and set up a home page for The Member.
• RESAFRICA will continuously maintain and update the Member home page including re-registration with Search & Link Engines.
• RESAFRICA will integrate this home page into its existing Online Reservation System.
• RESAFRICA will include the Member in the Online Reservation System for Travel Agents and Tour Operators.
• RESAFRICA will pay 10% commission to bonafide Travel Agents and Tour Operators
• RESAFRICA will process all reservations as they are received without delay. This includes processing confirmations to clients, issuing vouchers to clients, and processing payments from clients.

In consideration for the above:

• The Member will pay a one time setup fee of US$ 300.00
• The Member will pay a commission equal to 20 % of the applicable room rate for every reservation RESAFRICA has successfully processed.
• In case of a cancellation, RESAFRICA will receive a commission equal to 20 % of the applicable cancellation fees.
• The Member authorizes RESAFRICA to withhold the commission from payments received by the clients.
• The commission includes all charges in connection with payments for reservations, i.e. credit card charges, electronic Secure Channel fees etc. as well as the actual processing of the reservations by RESAFRICA.
• Solely RESAFRICA decides who will become a member. - No applicant has a right to membership.
