Reservations Africa cc was born from the necessity to provide individual travelers with a fast and efficient reservation service for hotels, lodges, guesthouses and guest & hunting farms. Originally a reservation system was created for Namibia. This system proved very successful and upon increased demand from the traveling public the system is now being enlarged to eventually include the entire Southern African region. Reservations Africa cc is backed by a 25-year veteran safari company Etosha Fly-In Safaris (Pty) Ltd. based in Tsumeb, Namibia. This assures professional handling of all reservations by competent staff fast and efficiently. Having these staff resources, Reservations Africa is able to not only make the requested reservations for accommodations but can make recommendations for alternative lodging as well as assist with complete travel arrangements. Furthermore, Etosha Fly-In Safaris' integrity and reputation puts all parties - consumers and suppliers - at ease when dealing over the Internet. The consumer has the advantage that he only deals with one supplier i.e. Reservations Africa and the suppliers are assured prepayment for their services by Reservations Africa. Should you make a reservation which falls within the 60 day period, your credit card will be debited on the same day we receive your credit card details. Your payment is immediately forwarded to the respective hotel. Cancellation fees apply immediately.
Should you reside in The Republic of South Africa or in Namibia, you can avoid paying the 6% credit card fee by making a deposit into our bank account. A copy of the deposit slip must be faxed to us before we will issue the hotel vouchers. Our banking details will communicated to you by e-mail should you decide to make use of this form of payment.
From the date of reservation made until 61 days before arrival you may change your reservations or even cancel them all together without any charges.
The submission of your credit card details to Reservations Africa expressly authorizes Reservations Africa to debit your credit card for all services rendered as outlined above. This includes also additional debits in case of additional room charges, room rate changes, room rate errors and/or legitimate additional charges submitted by hotels.
The contract for accommodation is between the credit card holder and the hotel. Therefore, under the "Accommodation Act" the guest is fully liable to the hotel for all servcies rendered.

Cancellation Policy:
Once payment has been processed the following cancellation periods & fees apply:
60-46 days before arrival 15% of the room rates
45-31 days before arrival 25% of the room rates
30-16 days before arrival 50% of the room rates
less than 16 days before arrival 100% of the room rates
We recommend that you take out a Trip Cancellation Insurance from your own household insurer or through your travel agent at home. Unfortunately this type of insurance must be purchased in the country of origin.
